- What advantages does our organization have over others?
- What unique resources and capabilities do we possess?
- What do internal stakeholders view as our strengths?

😳 Weaknesses
Weaknesses are internal factors that detract from an organization's ability to achieve its objectives. These can be shortcomings in resources, processes, or strategies that place the company at a disadvantage.

A small e-commerce business might have weaknesses like a limited online presence, reliance on a single supplier, and inadequate customer service, leading to lost sales and customer dissatisfaction.

1. Organize the Data
